Frequently asked questions about ConnexFM Membership:

How do I become a member of ConnexFM?

Join as a Multi-Site FM or Supplier/Professional Services by completing the online application. Contact the Membership Team at membership@connexfm.com if you have any questions.

For a complete listing of the Membership categories and associated dues, please review the Multi-Site/Retailer Corporate Member or the Supplier Corporate Member pages. Payment in full (by check or credit card) must be received prior to receiving access to member benefits.

The email address provided to ConnexFM (company email address required) upon joining is your user login to access the ConnexFM member website. If you do not know or have forgotten your password, simply click the “Forgot Password” link and the system will send you an email with a temporary password. For problems using the online system, please contact Membership at 972-231-9810 or send an email to membership@connexfm.com.

When the membership has been successfully processed, the primary member will receive an email receipt for the company’s membership. If you do not receive an email, you may contact ConnexFM or send an inquiry to membership@connexfm.com.

A Primary Member must be appointed for your company. This individual serves as the point person for all Association communications and is responsible for paying the membership dues annually and keeping the membership roster up to date.

Changes to your company’s membership account can be done by the Primary Member logging into the account or sending an email to membership@connexfm.com.

Yes! Members receive discounted rates on conferences, events, educational opportunities such as webinars, and other products and services.

Only members have access to our membership directory. Simply login with your username/password to enter the members-only section of this website. Once you do you will have a search tool that will allow you to filter and search for the companies you would like to see.

You cannot pull a complete list. You must search for the companies you would like to contact in the members-only directory using your member login and password.

ConnexFM has an Online Buyer’s Guide that is easy to use and searchable by geographic location, trade/service, service area or company name. You may also use the member directory (company and individual) by logging in and searching by member type and trade/service.
