The ConnexFM Benchmarking Tool is open for FY2024 data collection!

The ConnexFM Benchmarking Tool is an interactive, analytical benchmarking platform that provides dynamic reporting and customized results available only to ConnexFM members.

The ConnexFM Benchmarking Tool is open for FY2024 data collection! One member per company can participate. Eligible participants for this survey are the primary or most senior members of companies with individual memberships. If a more suitable person becomes available to complete the survey and tool, member access can be easily updated.

All data collected by our third-party partner is anonymized, ensuring member privacy. ConnexFM does not, and will not, have access to the unique data sets for any members.

If you are an eligible participant, an email was sent to you from Dynamic Benchmarking, ConnexFM’s third party partner, with your unique link to access the tool. If you are an eligible participant and did not receive the email with your unique access link, please contact education@connexfm.com.

Key Performance Indicators

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are measurable values that illustrate how effectively your business objectives are being met. KPIs help identify performance gaps, uncover future trends, showcase best practices, and highlight the qualities of top-performing organizations. They also provide insights into improving processes and methodologies to drive success. ConnexFM’s Benchmarking Tool offers over 45 distinct KPIs in the ‘Results Summary’ section. These KPIs are automatically calculated as you input your data, providing real-time insights into your performance. Examples of available KPIs include:

  • Repair & Maintenance OPEX CAPEX Budget per Total Square Foot
  • Preventative/Planned Maintenance Budget per Store
  • HVAC Maintenance Expenses as a Percentage of Total Operating Expenses
  • Number of Stores in Operation per Employee
Filters

The ConnexFM Benchmarking Tool includes filters to help members analyze and refine the data for comparisons. A sample of available filters include:

  • Regions Where Stores are Located
  • Size Category for Stores
  • Average Age of Store Building
  • Ownership vs. Leased
Compare to Peers

Question-by-question comparisons of data are available for each survey section. This section includes the aggregate 25th, 50th and 75th percentiles for each question. Your responses will be indicated in a different color.
